Sexy Heart Coaching

My continued interest in this work, and the path of Eros, grants me the liberty of reflection and maturation. Where’s the turn-on? That spark? The deeper stirrings?

What I keep returning to is the spirit of Eros is trying to remind us of something far more important than sexual satisfaction.

I endeavor to say that the path of Eros is an invitation into an awakening at the level of the heart.

Eros is erotic love, from the physical to emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and mythical. It includes sex but also transcends it.

Revealing our tremendous capacity to feel, to connect, to express, and explore wildly. It’s supposed to be fun and healthy. A way to honor your lover and your love. Eros is a sacred privilege that grants us the chance of life itself.

The potent force of Eros leads us into the unavoidable rhythms of transcendence and disillusion,  joining and separation, love and chaos.

Many of us want pleasure — and have already, without knowing it, set a limit on how good things are allowed to get. We want to feel more — and have been wired, in the body itself, to feel less. We long to dissolve into another — and simultaneously fear losing ourselves in them. We want to give and struggle to receive. The heart opens and braces — sometimes in the same breath.

Our erotic selves are remarkably sensitive, shaped by stress, health, personal history, and cultural conditioning.

What we bring into our most intimate moments is rarely just desire — it is everything we have learned about self-expression, vulnerability, worthiness, autonomy, and safety.

In relationship, many of us encounter mismatched desires, fluctuating libidos, intimacy that slowly becomes predictable, obligatory, or crowded out by everything life asks of us. Not because it stops mattering. Conversation can bring closeness — but closeness alone rarely improves intimacy without committing, practicing, and taking risks.

The call into Eros and it’s shadow is a call into our most raw creative process. It opens us up fully, and brings everything into being. Undressing the best and worst in us all. Like a relentless lover who deeply understands that our soul craves variety in order to learn and grow.

We can learn to embrace it all into our deeper heart that is present, full, and lives with the mystery. And begin to access our sexuality, relationships, and love as a form of enlightenment training. Clarify and nourish the wholeness of ourselves and each other, and make love for real.

Not every encounter needs to or should be about love — pleasure needs no justification. But bring your whole self into it and something shifts. Love stops being a feeling and becomes a living current — moving through us, between us, and beyond anything we can claim.

Perhaps the one experience we would rather not leave this life without having known fully.

What happens during our coaching call:

We’ll begin our call with a simple meditation to help slow down, activate your imagination, and connect to what matters most to you.

I approach our time together as a collaboration. We may focus on sexuality, relationships, self-love, or any area of your life. I refer to you as the expert of your experience. You get to decide what is helpful, healthy, and healing.

My hope is to equip you with experiences and tools that support you to direct your own discovery and growth.

  • Hypnosis - A refined blend of guided meditation and somatic experiments. Tap into your subconscious reactions, beliefs, intuition, & creative solutions. The core principle of hypnotherapy is that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis meaning you are in the driver seat at all times. I believe it’s as practical as it is magical.

  • Parts Work - Each of us have many different parts within. Instead of suppressing or pushing away the parts that seemingly hold you back. Learn to befriend your inner critic, child, wise advocate. Offer your mentorship in helping these parts become the true guides they are meant to be.

  • NLP Core Values Elicitation - Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a collection of techniques used to optimize your brain's built-in plasticity to unlock & update your personal map of reality.  By consciously cultivating your core values, you create more awareness to take action, and make decisions aligned with what really matters to you.

  • Mindful Masturbation Practice - Self-pleasuring is usually a quick and efficient affair. But it can become an essential part of your wellness routine to create new patterns in your arousal, pleasure, and orgasm. I’m avail to guide you in a mindful masturbation experience, and offer you new choices based on your goals. (Not avail for a first session)

I've found that we cannot will, or think, or technique our way into transformation.

It is about getting real and doing the work. It takes great courage to embrace the vulnerability beneath unwanted behaviors inherited from childhood, culture, and an ancient legacy of trauma. To carry a spirit of fluidity in the cycles of success and failure. (Or enlist clown logic and enjoy reveling in your shit.) And to put the force of your whole being into your desires, and embody the things you care deeply about.

I also believe that the most badass punk rock thing we can do is to let go of the need to “fix” ourselves. Nothing needs to change. Instead we change the way we pay attention to life. When we free our awareness, and sense our heart at a spiritual level, we become available for a radical insight into the true nature of love.

A kind of love that can’t be won, lost, or corrupted. That is resilient, innocent, unconditioned; and is ever-emerging, ever-deepening, ever-redeeming, ever-lasting. Under all circumstances. No matter what.

This kind of awakening doesn't arrive all at once, and it isn't always instinctual. But with practice, a deep felt-knowing begins to awaken in the heart that is self-evident and relational-illuminating — something you recognize rather than learn.  Alan Watts's ideas on 'to love and be loved' and Ram Dass with 'getting free together' both pointed at this, with the poetic humor it deserves.

The work is always a paradox, always a dance, always Tantric.
